Thank you to all who were able to attend our annual SVP Mass on Friday evening. We hope you got to know some of the SVP members in the hall afterwards.
Everything we do depends on volunteers. At the moment, we would really welcome some new volunteers for the food bank team. The food bank runs on Saturdays, and we need help setting up and distributing food from 11am to 2pm. We are getting ready for autumn and winter, which tend to be busy. If you’d like to help, please get in touch!
We also have space for young volunteers aged 14 to 17. If you are looking for an opportunity to complete the volunteering section of your Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, please feel free to get in touch as well.
Finally, as always, please remain mindful of those in need in our community and contact us if you think the SVP can be of help. We’ll always do our best.
